This seminar starts with a history of the European movement from 1918 on and the Dutch contribution to this movement. The different European institutions – Council of Europe, European Court of Human Rights, European Union (Council, Commission and Parliament), NATO, OSCD – will be discussed as well as the Dutch and Benelux institutions. Attention will also be given to practical ways to apply for a job in the European bureaucracy.
