The course is aimed at:
1. Introducing general practical knowledge concerning written translation from Polish into English.
2. Introducing general practical knowledge concerning oral translation from Polish into English.
3. Developing the skill of written translation from Polish into English.
4. Developing the skill of oral translation from Polish into English in a consecutive mode.
5. Acquiring new and expanding the existing English vocabulary in selected registers via written and oral translation practice.
6. Developing communication skills in English.
