The main aim of the course is to acquaint students
with basic ideas concerning translation strategies and techniques. Having
completed the course the students should be able to recognize the challenges of
the profession. During the classes students will also learn about the
translation process and its stages. They will also get to know how to organise
and control their work as well as how to plan their career as a translator or
an interpreter.
